Vinyasa Yoga + Daoist Flow Classes

I teach a Vinyasa Flow based practice open to all levels with an emphasis on beginners or anyone who has never tried yoga. Vinyasa Flow is a great choice for anyone looking for a dynamic, fluid and flowing practice that incorporates breath, movement and mindfulness.

I also teach Daoist Flow which incorporates elements of qigong, somatics and natural movement. This practice is grounded in the belief that everything in the universe is interconnected and part of a larger whole, a principle shared by both Daoist and Yoga traditions.

I teach one-to-ones for a more bespoke practice, group online and corporate wellness for companies. Find out more via the link below and book.

Mentorship: New Teachers

I completed my 230 hour teacher training in April 2022. The course Daoist Flow was led by experienced and giving teachers Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer at triyoga, London.

Have you recently graduated or still in training?

As a recent graduate / new yoga teacher, I understand how challenging and rewarding the journey can be during training and straight after it. That's why I now serve as a Mentor and Teaching Assistant for the current intake of students. If you're currently on a teacher training or have recently graduated and are seeking guidance, I invite you to click on the link below to learn more about how I can support you.
