LAO TZU

I completed the Daoist Flow yoga teacher training course led by Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer at world renowned yoga studio and training centre triyoga, London. The course was over 11 months, 230 hour training accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP) UK and Yoga Alliance USA.

I am a Mentor & Teaching Assistant for the current intake. I’m was also a regular Teaching Assistant to Jean Hall in her Sunday classes and on her Advanced Teacher Training programme she runs with Anna Ashby.

As a new teacher, I know that this path can be both exciting and daunting. There is so much to learn and explore, from sequencing and alignment to the business side of things. As a mentor to new teachers, I am committed to helping others navigate this journey as well. I believe that teaching yoga is not just a job, but a calling, and that it's essential to approach this work with both passion and humility. Whether it's offering guidance on sequencing and adjustments, support in developing a personal practice that is grounded in authenticity and compassion, or just a listening ear when things get tough, I am here to offer my experience, insight, and unwavering support.

Contact me if you wish to set up a call and see how I can help you.

“The core of this yoga teacher training begins from the idea that everything is part of the whole, a belief found within both yoga and Daoist traditions. From this starting point of interconnectedness, our practices will align us with this sense of wholeness. This opens us to discover our full potential and inherent wisdom, fluidity and ease within ourselves.”
